1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1 This agreement covers professional photography services provided by Elvira Azimova.
1.2 Educational Content and Feedback Disclaimer. The course provides informational and educational knowledge based on the photographer’s professional experience gained over 17 years of career practice. All educational materials reflect the author’s personal methods, workflow, and creative approach.
Personal comments and reviews given during the evaluation of a student’s practical photographic work represent subjective professional opinions based on the photographer’s experience. These opinions are intended for educational guidance only and should not be considered absolute or guaranteed assessments.

2. Client Responsibilities and Agreements
2.1 The Client trusts the photographer’s artistic style, including composition, angles, locations, and lighting.
2.2 The Client ensures the photographer has full and unrestricted access to all subjects of the photoshoot.
2.3 The Client agrees to follow the photographer’s guidance regarding posing, angles, and lighting.
2.4 The Client must provide all important details at least one week in advance, including schedule, vendors, key guests, important moments, and the concept of the event. These conditions should not be changed during the event.
2.5 If the event schedule changes, the Client agrees to pay for any additional working hours at the agreed rate.
2.6 If the Client chooses not to communicate with the photographer during the shoot, the photography will be conducted in a reportage style only.
2.7 The Client must allow reasonable time for staged photography.
2.8 If sufficient time is not allocated for staged photography, such images will not be included in the final gallery, and only reportage photographs will be delivered.
2.9 The Client guarantees that at least one responsible adult is present for no more than three children.
2.10 The Client understands that the final result depends on joint effort and cooperation between the Client and the photographer.
2.11 The Client accepts that facial expressions and moods in group photos of 10 or more people are not controlled by the photographer.
2.12 The Client understands that staged photography requires time: a minimum of 10 minutes for up to 10 people, and at least 15 minutes for groups of 20 or more.
2.13 The Client agrees to follow the approved event schedule.
2.14 The Client may extend the photographer’s working time if the photographer is available and able to continue working.
2.15 For events longer than 5 hours, the Client must provide the photographer with a hot meal and water.

3. Photographer Responsibilities and Agreements
3.1 The photographer provides photography services and video services only if video is included in the selected package.
3.2 The photographer guarantees proper execution of services provided the following conditions are met.
3.3 The Client prioritizes key moments for photography.
3.4 No other photographers are permitted to document the event.
3.5 Group photographs are guaranteed if at least 15 minutes are allocated.
3.6 Individual portraits are guaranteed if at least 10 minutes are allocated.
3.7 The photographer’s sole responsibility is documenting the event.
3.8 When photo and video services are ordered together, a single moment may be captured either as photo or video unless duplicates are created.
3.9 When both services are ordered, priority is given to photography.
3.10 The photographer will not take photographs against the will of the Client, guests, or children.
3.11 The photographer does not interfere with the event and documents it as it unfolds.
3.12 The photographer does not influence the mood or expressions of clients, guests, or children.

4. Delivery and Additional Services
4.1 Final photographs are delivered via online gallery or USB if included in the package.
4.2 Photos are not sorted by individual participants and are not sent separately.
4.3 The number of images delivered corresponds to the purchased package.
4.4 Additional services after the photoshoot may be requested and will be charged according to the price list below, subject to availability.

5. Delays and Late Arrival
5.1 The Client must inform the photographer as soon as possible of any delays.
5.2 If the shoot starts late, it will still end at the originally agreed time unless extended for an additional fee.
5.3 Extensions are available in 30-minute increments, subject to availability.
Rate: £250 per hour or £125 per 30 minutes.

6. Copyright
6.1 All images remain the property of the photographer under UK copyright law.
6.2 The Client is granted personal usage rights. Commercial use requires written permission and may require credit.

7. Cancellation Policy
7.1 Cancellations within one week of the scheduled date require full payment.
7.2 Any non-refundable expenses already incurred by the photographer must be covered by the Client.
7.3 Date changes made more than five days in advance are free of charge.
7.4 Changes made less than five days before the event require full payment.
7.5 Date changes may be moved up to two weeks forward, subject to availability, without additional charge.

8. Travel Fees
8.1 A £50 travel fee applies for transport.
8.2 If travel costs exceed £50, the Client covers the difference.
8.3 Travel fees are separate from deposits.
8.4 Any non-refundable travel expenses are payable by the Client in case of cancellation or changes.

9. Offer Validity
9.1 Wedding photography and educational packages are valid for one year from the invoice date. Unused services expire after one year.

10. File Storage
10.1 Raw files are stored for one year after the event and then permanently deleted.
10.2 Final images are stored on Dropbox for three months. The Client is responsible for downloading and saving files before expiration.

11. Booking and Payments
11.1 Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit.
11.2 Full payment is due 48 hours before the event.
11.3 Payment for additional hours must be made within 48 hours after the event.
11.4 Payments are made using the provided bank card details.

12. Additional Services and Pricing
  • Additional hour main photographer: £250
  • Additional hour second photographer: £90
  • USB in box: £95
  • USB in photo box: £155
  • 10 printed photos: £100
  • Selection and post-production (50+ images, min 4 hours): £50/hour
  • 1–10 images (min 2 hours):
  • Image: £20
  • Post-production: £50/hour
  • Reels creation: £125
  • Reels editing: £30/hour
  • Book design: £50/hour
